Phyll Klima, a Kansas artist, creates functional pottery intended for daily use. "For me, clay is needs to be held, used and enjoyed for its created purpose...to hold your morning coffee, bake your holiday pie, eat your meals. That's why, after 40 plus years, I still make pottery that is everyday art to be used everyday." All her work is signed "Emma P.", a childhood nickname she earned from her two sisters.
